 But now I choose the Quartz Energy 0W-30 (API SL, ACEA A3) instead of the Quartz Future 5W-30 (API SL, ACEA A5). The latter is a typical fuel economy oil with low HTHS (High- Temperature High- Shear) viscosity and the Energy 0W-30 is more liquid under +40 celsius conditions than Future 5W-30.
 But now I choose the Quartz Energy 0W-30 (API SL, ACEA A3) instead of the Quartz Future 5W-30 (API SL, ACEA A5). The latter is a typical fuel economy oil with low HTHS (High- Temperature High- Shear) viscosity and the Energy 0W-30 is more liquid under +40 celsius conditions than Future 5W-30. But in engine operation temperature (between +100-150Celsius) it is a little bit more consistent, so provides the safety of the lubrication with fuel economy.
To sum up Energy 0W-30 is more liquid in lower temperature and a little bit thicker in high temperature.
This is good, because under sporty driving conditions the low HTHS viscosity - typical fuel economy - oils can be too thin/weak (mostly in old or high mileage-worn engines) threatening the safety of the lubrication as the real-water-friction breaks off.
And the low temperature fluidity (0W-XX, 5W-XX) provides great protection by the quick evolving of the lubrication in the whole engine. That is why very viscous 10W-XX and 15W-XX oils are not appropriate for the engine until reaching the operation temperature. A 10W-XX and a 15W-XX oils mean that the lubrication will evolve quite late and the engine will wear off sooner! Neverthless it results in the wasting of fuel (money, environment!), engine and accumulator energy, and in overdriving the starter and the alternator. Do you feel it necessary? I don't think so..
